A free consultation either in person or over the phone where I will create a individualized program specifically designed for that individual, during which time we will discuss scheduling subsequent sessions.

I have a Bachelor's in Health Science from Whitworth University along with a C.S.C.S. I have also conducted independent research on mental visualization and performance enhancement which I presented at the NW NASM (Nation Academy of Sports Medicine) conference. I was also a varsity swimmer in college and have done several Triathlons and running races since graduating college.
