About Me I specialize in in-home and mobile personal training for adults and older clients who want to get stronger, move better, and stay independent as they age. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve helped clients safely improve strength, balance, mobility, and confidence—without intimidating workouts or unnecessary strain. Training in your home removes barriers like crowded gyms, travel time, and discomfort. I bring the equipment, create a customized plan, and tailor every session to your body, goals, and any injuries or limitations. My focus is on real-world strength, joint health, fall prevention, and long-term results—not quick fixes. Many of my clients are returning to exercise after time off, managing chronic aches, or simply want to feel capable and confident in daily life again. Sessions are structured, safe, and progressive, with clear communication and accountability every step of the way. If you’re looking for an experienced trainer who understands longevity, safety, and consistency—and who comes to you—I’d be happy to help. What to Expect in Your Free First Session Your first session is free and focused on understanding your body, goals, and movement—not pushing you through a hard workout. During this session, we’ll: • Discuss your goals, health history, injuries, and any concerns • Assess basic movement, balance, mobility, and strength • Identify areas that need support to reduce pain and prevent injury • Talk through a realistic plan tailored to your home, schedule, and abilities • Answer any questions so you know exactly what training will look like moving forward There’s no pressure and no obligation. The goal is to make sure the training approach is a good fit and that you feel comfortable, confident, and informed before getting started. Ben did a 100% great job helping me get in better shape! He watched me closely, and chose appropriate exercises to get me stronger without injury. I’m 58, so my body has started to weaken with age and from lots of sitting. Working with Ben has proven that there is hope! I certainly enjoy feeling better and stronger!

Ben has been very timely, professional and supportive in coaching my son. I was a bit nervous about setting up a personal trainer for him given he has had some bad experiences with prior coaches in school settings but Ben put him at ease right away and has been a big part of increasing his drive to get healthy and fit. He has provided a good balance of education, inspiration and encouragement. I cannot say enough good things about Ben's work so far. So glad we connected!

Ben is a great trainer. I would highly recommend him for anyone looking for a training on their own terms. He tailors workouts to my specific needs while pushing me to make progress.
