Kelly was on time, very professional and curtious. I asked her for an honest consultation regarding the state of my piano, and she promptly provided me with one and answered all my questions. It's obvious that she knows her craft and its a pleasure to watch her masterfully wield it. Thank you so much, M. Jezierski

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

You can see all of my rates as well as book an appointment on my website.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a Registered Piano Technician (RPT) which means that I've completed 3 very rigorous tests that evaluated my tuning, repair and regulation abilities. The Piano Technician's Guild is the regulatory body for this title. There is no license for tuners, so it is important to look for qualifications. Some tuners can't replace strings if they break, or fix sticky keys. Or, worse, some tuners think they can complete the repair but end up damaging the piano instead.
