Angie is a friendly, encouraging and supportive Pilates trainer. She does a great job individualizing my sessions and adjusting exercises to work with my unique body issues (e.g. hyper mobility and hyper sensitivity). I was struggling with a lot of pain when I began working with Angie several months ago. By practicing the home regimen she tailors for me in each weekly session, my pain is greatly decreased and my body is much stronger and more fit. I highly recommend her!Aug 8, 2019
Angie is a talented instructor who has a strong understanding of body mechanics. I have worked with her weekly in private trainings for 1-1/2 years (as well as in group Pilates classes) and have watched my body grow stronger than I ever imagined. She is insightful, precise and makes working out fun. I highly recommend Angie.Aug 2, 2019
Angie is very responsive and personable. She has deep knowledge of important postural elements. What I like most was her ability to evaluate my postural imbalances and prescribe simple, effective exercises to help me restore balance within my body.Oct 23, 2019Verified
Angie is an excellent trainer. She listens and adapts your workout to any injuries all while challenging you. And she always plays excellent music. 😉Aug 6, 2019

Angie is a fabulous trainer. She pays attention to form & provides individual instruction based on your personal needs. When I recently visited my orthopedic doctor due to arthritic knees, she was impressed with the exercises Angie had given me & encouraged me to keep doing those exercises.Aug 5, 2019
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?First session is half off so we both can decide if we are a right fit for each other!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a certified STOTT pilates instructor and I also work as a personal trainer.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I have always been passionate about health and fitness. I played competitive soccer for years, was an avid rock climber and dancer. I broke my ankle in a rock climbing fall and hurt my shoulder commercial fishing in Alaska. This lead me to find out ways to rehab and condition my own body, sometimes for maximum performance, sometimes just to stay pain-free. And so, my passion became my profession. I won’t let you do it wrong, it’s not in my nature. I went to one of the best Pilates schools in the northwest, a school based on exercise science. I also work as a personal trainer with a mind toward proper alignment. I am passionate about continuing education.
