Introduction: I have many clients who just want to get in shape! I also have a lot that have issues ranging from Parkinson's, MS, rheumatoid arthritis, hyper mobility, diastassis recti, plantar fasciitis, scoliosis, shoulder, back, knee, foot/ankle, and pelvis injuries. I work hard to improve your mobility, stability and strength. If you are limited in your movement in any way, I can find a way to modify an exercise so you can get the maximum benefit. I love working on postural alignment and improper muscle firing, these simple factors are the keys to addressing most pain. I work hard to unwind the body puzzle and find ways to help you. I love my job. And I’m good at it! I work at a traditional pilates studio and as a personal trainer at a gym. I would love to travel to your house and help you achieve your best body! Angie is a talented instructor who has a strong understanding of body mechanics. I have worked with her weekly in private trainings for 1-1/2 years (as well as in group Pilates classes) and have watched my body grow stronger than I ever imagined. She is insightful, precise and makes working out fun. I highly recommend Angie.

Angie has a vibrant personality and optimistic outlook, which is infectious. She demonstrates exercises and movements, and carefully observes whether the correct muscles are engaged. I have scoliosis, and she tailors our sessions to strengthen what needs to be strengthened and stretch what needs to be stretched. Highly recommended.

Angie is a fabulous trainer. She pays attention to form & provides individual instruction based on your personal needs. When I recently visited my orthopedic doctor due to arthritic knees, she was impressed with the exercises Angie had given me & encouraged me to keep doing those exercises.
