Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I Treat your initial offer as an opportunity to gather information about the seller's or the buyer's motivation for selling and buying. Be realistic with your offer; don't lowball. This will shows the seller/buyer you are serious. This last one is a hard one to do but Be ready to walk away. Don't show enthusiasm. I love my job because it is not a job it's to fun to be a job.

Robb is hard working, respected, honest and a great guy. He will work hard to ensure that he gets you the perfect house to buy, or sell your house for top dollar. I have worked with Robb in the past and cannot tell you how happy I am with his commitment to his clients.

Robb's greatest quality is his communication. He was easy to get ahold of, and quick to respond to all our questions. He had our home sold in 1 month! Robb is very personable and easy to work with as well, thanks Robb!

Robb is the best. He is very helpful. And his can do attitude is so very helpful is this stressful process. He was determined to help us find the perfect house for us. He made himself available for us even on his vacation!! If that is not dedication or GREAT service than I don't know what is. Go get your house and have fun doing it with ROBB!! :) Ten stars!!
