Carolyn led me through the process of moving for the first time in 43 years. She was very thorough with research, and worked well with other realtors as we negotiated. Her constant question to me through it all was, "Are you happy?" She would settle for nothing less. Chris was a great touring guide as we visited many houses. He knew what I was looking for, and helped me think out each place. He noticed roof issues and other glitches before I could even focus on those details. I partnered with the Sadle Home Selling Team to sell my home earlier this year. This was my first time selling real estate, so my review is based solely on this experience against my expectations of the process. The experience overall was very good. I contacted them based on online recommendations after hearing their add on the radio in the car. After filling out the online form I was contacted within the hour by someone from their office. They took the time to go over what type of agent personality would fit best with my work style, and assigned someone to my file. This representative (Kristine Pheanis) was able to meet with me within a few days at the home to go over the process and set expectations. She was easy to work with, good at explaining things, and very available to work with me. The companys handouts were well put together, modern, and higher end then I expected. Their data on the market was very current, well organized, and well summarized. It also included very detailed reports so that I could cross check them at length, if I chose to do so. Ultimately, due to the market, I had to drop the asking price of the sale to garner the interest I wanted on my timeline. The company gave me good expectations and advice as to how long to wait, etc. Other members of their team were also easy to work with. The photographer was very very skilled and took extremely good photos of the property. I particularly appreciated how available the various agents were by texting and email and how fast they were to respond with questions, etc. I feel as though the team I worked with worked hard to make the sale in a swift timeline and also treated me as a client and not someone who was garnering them a profit.
