Javier and his crew did a phenomenal job reroofing our garage and installing a stem vent on the main house. He was generous with his time in providing two separate estimates, one for repairs and one for full replacement. The estimates were appropriately itemized to compare across bids. Once we agreed to move forward, scheduling was speedy, and the team was very accurate in predicting the amount of time needed to complete the job (one day). They showed up right on time at 8am, and left a clean job site by 430pm. We were especially appreciative of the periodic process pictures taken throughout the day. Great experience overall!

The team at Abarca’s roofing was professional, fast and super respectful! We needed a full roof replace and they showed up on time, worked extremely efficiently and tidied up all debris! Javier answered all my questions and took time to explain things thoroughly. Everyone was friendly and very understanding of us having many dogs and needing safe access to the yard throughout the job. Start to finish was a day and a half! Would recommend to anyone needing hard workers and quick turnaround! Thanks Javier & Abarca’s team!

I was in a bind and needed a new roof for my rental property that I was getting ready to sell. Javier Abarca was one of 6 bids I got for the roof and he was basically in the middle price wise and he was willing to get started right away. But what caught me was the professional estimate he sent me with pictures of my roof, materials priced out and what to look for as the job goes on. I was very impressed. Javier finished my roof today and his team did an amazing job. I am impressed all the way around. Well done Javier, I can’t recommend you enough.

This was my first time working with Abarca’s and they were fantastic! Xavier, the owner, was easy to work with, and his team worked super hard. I couldn’t believe they replaced my son’s roof in 2 days! They were always on time, courteous and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!!
