- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a base rate per hour. If you are interested in multiple hour, group, or online sessions, we can negotiate a special rate.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My undergrad work was in Business, but I spent my free time helping friends with their math issues. I realized that, in Business, I was one of millions. But, with math, I made an impact on everyone I worked with. I could see my contribution in an understanding response and the look of accomplishment on the face of the student.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with students long term (over the course of years), short term (getting through a class), and emergency sessions (prepping for an exam tomorrow...yikes!!) The length of the job and the depth of the lessons are based on the individual needs of each student.
