- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and hourly, with a minimum service time depending on the job. Rates are quoted based on crew size, scope of work, and access details such as stairs or long carries. There are no hidden fees. Any additional time beyond the minimum is billed in prorated increments. Discounts may be available for off-peak days or flexible scheduling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering details about the move, including addresses, item list, stairs, and timing. Based on that information, we confirm availability and provide a clear estimate. On the day of service, we arrive prepared, review the plan with the customer, protect furniture and home surfaces, complete the move efficiently, and do a final walkthrough before closing out.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on professional moving experience, including furniture protection, proper lifting techniques, loading strategies, and safe transport practices. We focus on damage prevention, efficiency, and customer service. Ongoing on-the-job training ensures consistency, safety, and a high standard of care on every move.
