- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a general pricing schedule but each service is highly personalized to a clients business. Differences that have to be considered are number of products, locations, desired growth rate, amount of development required by me and of course the service being requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I find it works best to have an initial phone conversation to determine if we are a fit. The next step is an online questionnaire I send out which I base my proposal on where I spell out the program, deliverables, timelines, etc. In person meetings can happen at any time as requested. Then it's time to get to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have training from AT&T, ReachLocal, Apple Computer and a lesser known company Adknowledge where I helped develop the privacy policy for online marketing.many years ago. I am Google Partner and was a Yahoo Ambassador and a Facebook Administrator. I am a member of several Social Media groups and I am constantly participating in Google, Facebook and other online webinars and industry news to stay abreast of this rapidly changing landscape. I am also constantly bench-marking my campaigns to confirm effectiveness.
