Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I work with a mobile recording unit, and this allows the artist, or band to enjoy the following benefits: 1) If you are a singer/songwriter, I can track your songs at your place, and once they are in the recording timeline, song parts can be moved around, and arrangements can be better perfected. 2) being mobile allows a higher flexibility in recording locations. You may have a living room with 18' high ceilings, and that is a better option than a local dead recording studios drum booth. 3) I shoot for a high level of quality in melody attractiveness, vocal phrasing, and the perfect take during the recording process. This is an extremely rare skill, and only the best producers know how to achieve this level of excellence. What I do can be life changing for some. It was just yesterday that a vocalist came up to me before her performance and asked, jokingly: "Do you know where I can get more talent?" (as if to suggest that it was some physical object you could just find laying around somewhere). My reply was very simple, and for her, life changing. I gave her a point of focus.. that 'thing' you need to pay attention to when you are singing. She understood what I was saying, I then had her make one additional change. Her performance was remarkable!

Absolutely incredible. Nice, fast paced, and knowledgeable. I've known Tim from two encounters. I met him at the music store I work at. I asked, after listening to him for a couple hours, if I could watch him in action. That Sunday I watched him set up a small performance. I learned more about how the music industry in those two hours than working with celebrities in LA. The one thing I really took away from that session is how the abstract/intangible is more important/multifaceted than the physical/defined. He also has very good standards. For instance, he knows when a song has potential. It wasn't just me who had good things to say about him. You could see the performers sincerely and genuinely appreciate the quality of sound. He extrudes confidence in his ability to create music. Self proclaimed to be the best in Portland, OR and I'm having a hard time doubting it.
