I had a convergence issue where the 3 colors were split on the screen making watching it impossible. I was e-mailed by Audra Brown and we set up a time. Rick Brown came in and before he did anything else, he took off his shoes to keep my carpet clean. Then he got down to fixing my 50 inch tv. The repairs took about 2 to 21/2 hours to complete. It involved actual sodering and all the while Mr. Brown and I carried on a nice conversation. He really knows his electronics. When it was completed the tv was back to normal. The whole visit was a very positive experience. Mr. Brown comes across as being extremely honest and trustworthy. I would recommend ACE TV REPAIR to everyone who has a problem. Nothing could have been improved from the experience. I will call them absolutely, in the future.
