Eduard was able to get me next-day appointment and everything about the experience was great. Professional, communicative, and did amazing work on our well-loved (three kids + two dogs) sectional. It was like our couch was new again!

Details: Sectional • Chair • 2 pieces • Cotton • Polyester • Pet stains

After reviewing several services I chose Couch Care considering cost and quality. There was confusion regarding my address resulting in a minor delay of no importance. Edward was polite and efficient - giving extra attention to a particularly soiled chair. The three chairs he cleaned all look very good. I’m pleased.

Details: Chair • 3 pieces

CouchCarePDX's reply
Thank you, Dinah! I really appreciate your feedback and understanding. I’m glad you’re happy with the results and that the chairs turned out great. It was a pleasure helping you!

Originally tried to book through a different company but was not successful. Found Eduard online and he responded within minutes and set an appointment for the following day. Our stains have been on our couch for about a year now from kids spilling things. Eduard was on time and got to work quickly. To say i am impressed is an understatement. It seems like we have a new couch. Cannot recommend enough!

Details: Sofa • 3 pieces • Polyester • Food stains • Drink stains • Oil or grease stains
