Song cleaned an old couch that had been sitting in my garage for some time due to extreme pet odors. He was incredibly professional and punctual. He was flexible with scheduling, and he traveled to our home in Salem. The job took a couple hours. Song's work is exceptional!! He had to go over the couch three times, and there is no hint of bad odor left. In fact, it smells amazing! I will definitely contact Song for future jobs, and I recommend him for his level of service and professionalism.

I have an expensive sectional couch that was unfortunately sprayed with cat urine while we were on vacation. It was BAD and I was sure it would never come out. Song was quite confident that he could get it out and gave me the most reasonable of many bids I got to clean it. He was always quick to correspond, showed up right on time, and once at my home he explained everything he was doing. He worked his magic and when he was done I couldn't smell a thing. He guaranteed his work, telling me if I smelled ANYTHING, he would come back as many times as it took until no smell remained. That ended up being unnecessary as the smell is indeed totally gone, and I have a nice, clean couch on top of that! Plus he was very friendly and I generally enjoyed him being there. I will definitely have him come back the next time my couch needs a cleaning (hopefully under non-cat related circumstances).
