Alicia was extremely knowledgeable and quick. I did not know how much thought is needed to create a form with many many multiple drop down choices. She taught me and walked me through it and was patient even though I changed about 20 things after the fact. We will be using her again.

I hired Alicia for a one-on-one session at my office. She helped me make some templates that I will need to use in my daily work. Her method of having the client develop the spreadsheet themselves, so that you learn by doing is awesome. With just a few hours of instruction, I was off and running. She is extremely knowledgeable! I can't recommend her highly enough!

My initial inquiry to Alicia regarding Excel training was responded to promptly, and she answered all of my initial questions in detail over the phone. I hired her for a 3 hours session to tutor me in Excel. It truly exceeded my expectations. Her depth of knowledge, teaching style and patience made it worth every penny. I had initially considered signing up for a virtual class (with as many as 20 other students at the same time), but am very glad I did not. Alicia has just the right passion and background to help you in Excel (as well as the entire Microsoft Office Suite)

Alicia is a wonderful teacher and her teaching! She comes prepared with a detailed syllabus and works with you to customize it to your skill level and needs. However, she was uncertain on some of her Mac commands as she is a stronger PC excel teacher. So if you're looking for a Mac specialist, she isn't right for you.

Hi Sara, Thanks for your virtual session last Friday. I had a great time working with you. I just wanted to take a moment and clarify...it's not that I'm not a Mac specialist, because I actually do focus on Apple and use Excel on a Mac myself. What you experienced was more that zero training materials are written for Advanced Excel using a Mac. Because I had to prep your syllabus to address your specific requests using PC examples, I had to "translate" your training to Mac on the fly as we spoke. That's not always easy! For example, I felt it best to take a moment to confirm that Pivot Charts were still not available on a Mac, just in case they had been introduced during a software update since I last taught Pivot Tables. I didn't want to give you wrong information. Hopefully the 3-5 minutes I took during our 3-hr session to confirm feature locations was more than made up for by answering your questions that were not on our agenda, including the article I wrote for you after we finished about using "Conditional Formatting based on a formula"...a question no one else has ever asked me! Again, I'm glad you enjoyed my teaching and learned a lot. Let me know how it helps you at work! Alicia
