Introduction: My business is The Everyday Shaman, LLC. I bridge the everyday and the sacred through ceremonies of love. I am a nondenominational ordained minister operating from Portland, OR. I actually meet with the couple virtually, to give beloveds the ceremony they want. Even the smallest wedding or elopement takes time to craft. I truly want your ceremony to be heartfelt and all about the two of YOU! 🌟 I also offer a NEW OPTION of writing the ceremony, and having another officiant perform the ceremony. I can mentor the officiant, and that may be for someone who would like a family member or friend be the officiant. I can offer an eBook for that option, and you can be ANYWHERE, and have your custom ceremony that reflects you and your partner! $150 for the crafting of the ceremony and mentorship. For more detailed mentorship (your friend of family member may want this as their "side hustle", I will offer a deep-dive into what it takes to make this officiant a PRO! 🌟 WEDDING RATES FOR 2022 (Updated August 2022) Packages include:
 • Handling of the legal documents; mailing to licensing entity.
~ Arrival to your ceremony location at least 60 minutes prior to start time. • Custom graphic to use, with the name of the beloveds and the date of their ceremony. Can be scaled to print on iron-on decals for clothing, bags (think “swag bags“, napkins, magnets, etc). Because of my extensive knowledge of print and graphics, I can also broker any “swag“, saving you time and money.
 • Online virtual consultation via zoom, FaceTime, or Google Meet.
 Pricing is for the Portland Metro area. If the ceremony is needed sooner than two weeks prior to contacting me, an additional fee may be applicable. 
 Outside of the Portland Metro area may have additional fees due to travel costs.

Let's create an event you will remember for a lifetime, filled with love. 🌟 I support couples in the “ceremonial” part of their nuptials, so they have the memorable event that they envision. I am a nondenominational minister, so clients that align with non-traditional ceremonies that are customized to their adventurous, fun, out-of-the-box lives will enjoy a ceremony that fit them. 🌟 If you want something simple, I can write "simple", if budget is your concern. Here are the ranges for officiating in the Portland Metro area. These are GUESESTIMATES, based on simplicity and proximity. 🌟 $240 for a simple elopement in the Portland Metro area. (additional fees added if it‘s a “Let‘s Get Hitched Yesterday“ situation, booked within two weeks of the ceremony). I can‘t time travel back in time; yet, I sometimes have availability for a SOONER RATHER THAN LATER ceremony. You might want something simple. I will create four ceremony options to customize for you to choose from, if budget is your concern. Here are the ranges for officiating in the Portland Metro area. Additional fees apply for outside the Portland Metro area, based on travel. Deposit: $120 (half of ceremony, to reserve your date and time). LET'S TALK, and see what can work... We will talk virtually to see how we can work together. 🌟 $375 for “It‘s Gotta Be OUR Way“ customized ceremony, with a custom ceremony and all the things you‘ve envisioned for your special day. You will have unlimited access to to me by phone, virtual meetings, and text, to help you feel less stress and have more fun. Deposit: $187.50 (half of ceremony, to reserve your date and time). 🌟 $450 for Weddings on the Oregon Coast, the Gorge, or the Mount Hood area. A custom ceremony and all the things you‘ve envisioned for your special day. You will have unlimited access to to me by phone, virtual meetings, and text, to help you feel less stress and have more fun. Deposit: $225.00 (half of ceremony, to reserve your date and time). 🌟 Additional fees will apply if my services are needed for the rehearsal, or a stay outside of the Portland Metro Area. 🌟 🌟🌟 I also have more add-ons, that will not cost additional fees. Is there WiFi where you‘re having your celebration? I have a tripod for use. We can zoom the event, and there will be no added fee. I do my best to make your event memorable, sacred, and fun. I also have an amplifier for my use, and when we meet virtually, let’s talk about your needs and desires to make your special day all the more memorable and fun. NO ADDED FEE! 🌟 🌟 I have a fun piece of art from my Coloring Book Calendar that I offer to my beloveds (it's a FREEBIE); you can color it with gel pens or colored pencils. You can see it in the photos. I can edit it to be circular (I'm a graphic designer with a lot of years under my belt). If it's a big wedding, we could have magnets, or note pads made from the art for wedding "gifts" to the attendees (NOT FREE; six weeks notice, and I will get a bid based on quantity). I do my best to make your event memorable, sacred, and fun. 🌟 ¡Lo siento! ¡Yo no hablo Español; solomente un pequeño! 🙂 DISCLAIMER: I cannot offer to provide witnesses for your wedding. 🌟 Working with me is simple. 🌟 We meet via zoom or Google Meet, or FaceTime, I have a form for you to fill out, a contract for you to sign, with a deposit due, and I will get the detail of the when, where, if you choose for me to be at a rehearsal (all this is in a form for you that I will send out). It will also help you, with your plans. 🌟 Looking for something special, unique, and out-of-the-ordinary?
