- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to do bids or quotes. Can use your address and info to give accurate prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a good scope so my estimate is as close and firm as possible. Also like to hear what budget you have to work with realistically to see if I can meet your expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors degree in Business. Also have trained doing highrise windows and run two small business previously.
