I will never hire them for any service nor will I recommend them to anyone. They promised a start date...didn't happen until I called and was forceful on the commitment which was still a week later than promised, the supplies were different and I received no breakdown of the difference in price. But when they wanted their money the wife harassed me and my family so much we just gave them a final check. I have reported them to the CCB as I feel their practice was misleading and they gauged us on the price difference in materials. BTW... we went from colored fencing to standard galvanized. Thank you for the review Dana B. We attempted, multiple times, to contact you regarding pricing and the final amount due. Without returning our calls I have no way to discuss the costs with you. There was a difference in the price for the project materials but that cost was offset by additional labor and materials necessary due to project changes. I was prepared to finish your parents' fence on Friday when the neighbor and land owner came over to inform me of multiple changes that needed to take place due to gate location intruding on his property. Those changes required additional labor and materials. Once the project was finished your father told me things looked great and I did a good job. After that no one seemed to have any information on how or when I would receive the final payment. As it's clearly stated on our contract, final payment is due upon completion. After not being able to get ahold of you I asked your father if there was another way to get in contact with you. He went inside to contact you and came out with the final payment. I don't see that as harassment. I'm confused as to why the cashiers check would be made in the amount due if there was a problem. I would suggest in the future to answer or return your contractors' calls. And if there was ever a problem you knew you could contact us but instead chose not to. I was also told that you were at the jobsite at some point that day and had the opportunity to discuss things with me but chose not to and instead left, later refusing to accept or return our calls. I've still yet to hear back from you since that day, with the exception of this review. Thank you for your business.
