Ignite Change Coaching

Introduction: I bring my experience and tools as a Midwife, Coach, and Reiki Healer into my practice to help my clients energetically, practically, and physically. I do 90 minute sessions to be able to connect, build trust, and determine the intention for the session; lets the client clear the air and emotions; and to have time at the end to gather the wisdom and the healing of the session. I work in my home which is a beautiful historic home in Ladd's Addition in inner Southeast Portland with a rose garden a half block away. I encourage my clients to come early or stay late to walk in the roses or in the neighborhood instead of rushing onto the next thing. I can come to you but it is an extra charge and we will work on your bed, recliner, as my table is not really portable. I love not only hearing how much better my clients feel after a session, but what they now feel capable of doing after the session. I love facilitating not only the relaxing part of Reiki, but the part that helps the client to awaken to something refreshing that brings more vibrancy to their life. These are why I am a Reiki Healer.
