FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and straightforward — no hidden fees. I offer both in-person and online yoga sessions, private and group options, as well as retreat packages. Rates vary depending on the session type and length. I also offer: Discounts for booking multiple sessions in advance. Special packages for couples, small groups, or corporate wellness. Occasional seasonal promotions (like retreat early-bird pricing). If you’re unsure which option fits your needs best, I’m happy to guide you toward the most cost-effective package for your goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process begins with a complimentary consultation where we discuss your goals, current fitness level, and any specific concerns or preferences you may have. This allows me to tailor our sessions to your needs. After the consultation, I design a personalized yoga plan that aligns with your objectives and schedule. Throughout our work together, I provide ongoing support and adjustments to ensure you are progressing comfortably and effectively.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified yoga instructor with both a RYT 200h Yoga Alliance certification and an advanced E-RYT 500h Yoga Teacher Training Course. In addition, I’m a certified personal trainer and nutritionist, with First Aid and CPR certifications for safety and care. My background spans Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Adaptive Chair Yoga, and Iyengar, giving me the tools to create a practice that is both comprehensive and personalized to your needs.
