- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I change $50 an hour, $60 for an hour and fifteen minutes, and $70 for an hour and a half, all depending on what your needs are in terms of time and your schedule. I also offer packages at a discounted rate (classes of different time lengths cannot be mixed and combined when buying a package!): 1 Hour classes: 5 pack: $240 ($48 per class) 10 pack: $460 ($46 per class) Hour and 15 min classes: 5 pack: $290 ($58 per class) 10 pack: $560 ($56 per class) Hour and a half classes: 5 pack: $340 ($68 per class) 10 pack: $660 ($66 per class) Contact me for any additional questions on pricing!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly attending workshops and trainings to further my yogic education. I attended 2 workshops with master teachers in 2011, 3 in 2012, as well as traveling to California to study with some of the best teachers in America. I already have plans to attend 2 workshops this year (2014) and am looking ahead to trainings I'm excited for in 2015. On the everyday level, though, I make it a point to practice everyday- be that at home or at a studio. I love exploring different classes and learning about new teachers, as well as being committed to the teachers who truly teach and inform my own practice.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started yoga because I was feeling anxious, stressed, and had trouble sleeping at night. I found its benefits went beyond that, to helping with my emotions, my body image, self-esteem and confidence. I'd tried many things to self-heal in the past but there was nothing like yoga that truly helped. I became a teacher and discovered my love for healing others through yoga, empowering and re-igniting passion within souls.
