- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a comprehensive certification as a yoga instructor with a Yoga Alliance registration of 200 hours in the Atmananda Sequence. Additionally, I’ve achieved an ERYT 500-hour certification in NADPO, reflecting an advanced level of training and expertise in yoga instruction. These certifications underscore my commitment to providing high-quality and professional yoga programs tailored to the unique needs and goals of my students.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I embarked on my journey as a yoga instructor in 2019, inspired by a transformative experience with monks in Thailand. Intrigued by the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit, I began teaching friends and gradually expanded to broader circles. Driven by a passion for holistic well-being, I pursued online and offline Yoga Teacher Training certifications, solidifying my commitment to guiding others on their paths to balance and self-discovery. Today, I am teaching in a few inspiring yoga studios and I am excited to share my experience and knowledge, offering both online and offline private yoga classes to help individuals cultivate strength, health, and happiness.

The key advice I offer as your prospective yoga instructor is to take a moment to clearly define your goals and expectations for our yoga sessions. Ask yourself, ‘What is my ultimate goal to achieve through yoga?’ Whether it’s enhancing flexibility, finding inner peace, or embarking on a holistic wellness journey, having a clear vision is pivotal.
