Maybe you're new to yoga, and want to hone in on alignment. Perhaps you want to develop a personal practice, or need help opening a particularly tough spot. Maybe you just want to work on that seemingly impossible pose you've always wanted to do.
I try to keep the practice accessible to everyone. this means I don't use much Sanskrit, and do not talk much about chakras. my focus is on muscle engagement, movement, and conscious breathing.
I love helping people feel stronger and healthier. Seeing their progress over time as they discover strength and openness in a pose. Feeling the energetic jolt that comes with successfully doing their first Crow, or calm that comes with truly relaxing their low-back for the first time in weeks.
In the workplace, seeing the calm, collected, mindset that yoga brings is absolute joy for me. That energetic shift from "busy business day" to focused calm.
