ecently got a divorce with my spouse, my ex spouse moved out, and left me with everything in side our home. i could not afford the $1900 rent fee alone, so i had to move out as soon as possible. i had no choice but to move all my stuff into a storage unit. I hired PNW Moving. i was so happy they were there to hlep me out. They were so kind and so up lifting! They were so carefull with everything they loaded in the truck. NOTHING damaged. i highly recommned PNW Moving, the guise are so nice and so young and strong, they know what they are doing. i will hire them again when needed. Thank you PNW for helping me in a time of need. i love you guise!!!!!!
All on the crew were courteous, professional and took good care of our belongings. When moving into the new house, they were thoughtful and responsive in placing items in the correct room, rearranging within reason, etc.
From the beginning, Matt was easy to reach and prompt in his appointments. We compared NW Grace to larger moving companies and found he could offer more personalization and specific pick up and drop off dates (the latter is impossible with bigger companies who load your stuff into containers and ship in shipments). He uses UHaul trucks and his own staff for moves. He was friendly, professional and patient as we looked into various options before signing with him. I would have preferred a typed/more professional-appearing bill of lading and estimate, but he gave a quick and eventually accurate estimate with a short home visit. We paid 1/2 up front and 1/2 at delivery, and there were no extra charges. We paid exactly what we were told up front. Especially impressive was how Matt looked out for us. We were moving sight-unseen into a rental house and a storage unit. The storage unit we had arranged, Matt felt was too insecure and run-down. He took it upon himself to find a better storage company and unit that better suited our needs. He did this despite not being able to reach us, and we were very grateful. Also, the house had some issues, mostly dirty carpets and dust, which he called us about knowing we have a crawling toddler, and allowed us to remedy this with the landlord. They finished their work on time or early, both loading and unloading. We've not had any broken or missing items, or property damage, despite a 3 story move-out house, a 2-story move-in house, and a move from Oregon to Colorado. I would recommend them without reservation to anyone.
Called for a quote to have IKS clean and organize my garage as well as clean my downstairs area that I rent out. William send out a couple of guys right away and they were ready to do the job right away which really impressed me, they got the job started but unfortunately I wasn't quite organized enough for them to finish the job that day. They were extremely courteous and very helpful, they gave me some great ideas to make the job easier so that they knew what was to stay and what was going. On top of being so prompt and cautious, they continued to follow up with me and were willing to work around my schedule which I greatly appreciate. I highly recommend the entire IKS crew, they instantly made me feel like part of the family and showed me exactly what Aloha is really about. I will always highly recommend IKS to anyone and everyone I know, if you want some hard workers that will make sure things are done right and quick, these are your guys. I almost wish I were moving soon just so I could hire them to do that. Given the service and quality they provided for the small job I had for them, I can only imagine how amazing a job they would do moving my house full of stuff. I recently used Stumptown Movers, I was 100% satisfied with the work they did. They were efficient and careful with all pieces of furniture and not one item was damaged. i even called them back over a day later to help around the house and they did so in a couple hours notice. Definitely recommend using them.
