I have been working with Clint since September and have been beyond thrilled with the results. I worked out with Clint for a little over a year to get in better sport specific shape for snowboarding. During the year I started competing in big mountain and had so much overall improvement physically and mentally! I highly recommend Clint for sport specific training! Leg strength, core stability and balance all improved dramatically, not to mention I dropped a lot of body fat! Thanks Clint!
