This is our second project with Elevate Remodel and we have been quite pleased with the results on both. Jason clearly communicated the cost of replacing the siding on our second story room in this latest project, along with his schedule. He was punctual and was happy to discuss his progress throughout. I greatly appreciated that during the demolition phase he took a minute to point out to us the specifics of where a previous contractor (installing windows 10 years ago) had failed to seal one small area, which resulted in water damage and rot and our current need to replace the siding. He was very careful to protect the exposed project area from the weather over a rainy weekend, and provide the appropriate weather sealing barriers under the siding. He coordinated with us to match the existing paint color perfectly, even though the original color is no longer available from that brand. He picked up and left his work area clean each day. We are pleased with the quality of his work and his responsiveness to our concerns, and would gladly have Jason and Elevate Remodel work with us again on our next project.
