Introduction: I give people the option to do it them self with me or in a video/writen format explain to them what I did and how I did it as well as a understanding that if they need me again no matter what I will be there to help them out. Helping a customer fix there comptuer while teaching them that a shop charge for a Tech to spend 10-30min hitting a mouse button is not worth it to them and they can learn all the trick of the pro's with out paying a lot is why I do it.
