I could not be more impressed. The house they are cleaning has not been cleaned in years. Dirt and grim is gone, handprints that were black, grim that was always there. Absolutely sparkling. Work was prompt and VERY courteous. Will continue use!!

My first time hiring a cleaning service ever. Monica was scheduled to come over. I explained what rooms I wanted cleaned. Didn't poke my head out of my computer room for 2 hours. WOW! I am so impressed with her work. What a professional, and I will be scheduling her again. Also have a friend who I'm referring to DeSantis Quality Cleaning, and she will be asking for Monica!!

I hired DeSantis Quality Cleaning to do a move-out cleaning. They were super responsive and accommodating with our scheduling needs. I appreciated their flexibility very much. They also made adjustments to the crew size in order to ensure they were done by the time I needed to be "out" of my home. The crew was friendly, respectful, and did a great job overall. The reason I gave a 4-start rating instead of a 5-star had to do with showers. In my quote request and during two follow up communications, I specifically asked for them to address the hard water stains in the showers. I was told they can and would take care of those; however, upon completion of service, I saw no improvement whatsoever. This was very disappointing because it was the primary reason I wanted to have a professional cleaning in the first place. And it was too late to take care of it myself because I had to hand over possession to the new owners.
