FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do you research and only hire an established reputable company. There are a lot of companies in this trade that may look very professional but if you were to see their shops or even their home garages that they work out of you would be horrified. There are a lot of guys working out of their truck in this trade we call them Tailgaters. I dont have anything against a couple of guys becoming self employed and trying to make a go at it, the problem is with their customer service. If they are low on funds and there is an issue on your job you could get left paying for some very expensive repairs or corrections for an improper installation out of your own pocket. You already paid to get it done right the first time. The reality is all companies make mistakes on installations from time to time. The difference between the tailgaters I described above and us is we can afford to go back and repair the problem and still be in business down the road for you if you were to need us for any additional warranty work.
