- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a 2-hour minimum for services rendered. Discounts to veterans and senior citizens are extended.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the customer, typical customer interaction would consist of an initial introduction, followed by a phone call gathering details of work to be accomplished. Lastly, we would narrow down a date and time most convenient for our customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of, on the job, moving experience. Over-sea shipping containers, ABF trailers, U-box containers, every size and type of truck under the sun, Blue-box storage containers, storage units and specialty item moving including upright pianos and safes of all shapes and sizes.
