- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process when working with a new customer is sending a bid/message first. The introduction is key to a happy working relationship. After this I like to see the area that is going to be worked on because this gives me a better idea of what the actual bid is going to be. As I am viewing the area that I am going to be working on it is good to get to know a little bit about the customer because it is easier to advise on the route to take after getting to know the customer a little bit. If a customer has large dogs then that is a key thing to know when talking about putting in a new floor for them. There are a lot of little things that can effect the process of installation of multiple different products.

- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My advice would be to find someone who is confident in what they are doing. But make sure the person you find would like to do thins for your happiness and the way you want. Too often do we find contractors that only want to do it their way and do the things that they want to do to your house.
