Kevin Fitzpatrick says, "My mother was visiting from Scotland for the holiday season and Michelle catered a holiday dinner for a small gathering of family and friends ( 8 people) . She provided a variety of menu selections based on guest preferences, cultural fare, and most useful of all her own personal recommendations.Michelle sat down with us well in advance and started planning out the menu and going over setting up of the dinning room.The dinner itself was nothing short of spectacular. She plated several Hors D'oeuvres and a fantastic Hungarian mushroom soup. Main course was perfectly cooked beef wellington ( not an easy dish to perfect) then finished off with miniature chocolate lava cakes and a Scottish dessert called Tipsy Laird.From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure and delight to have this type of service , quality and hospitality brought to our own home.
