My experience with LEAD Fitness has been great! David is very professional and knowledgeable in his line of work. I have never had cupping done prior to this experience, and David was very attentive to the areas that needed worked on and where I mentioned were bothering me, making sure each point I wasn’t in pain. At the end of the experience I left feeling more relaxed and respected as a client. As for training, David has helped me overcome issues of consistency at the gym and the fear of failure when it comes to lifting weight. I would highly recommend LEAD Fitness for all your needs.
