Introduction: I take pride in the work that I do. I offer the customer options, on their choice, of the way I will complete their job (#1: The longest lasting, solution #2: Economically affordable repair #3: Repair the problem, with the least amount of energy expended & minimal $ spent on materials). The decision is always up to the Customer. I always clean up after myself & keep all work areas safe. Quality & cleanliness are rare, but it's my trademark! I really enjoy a challenge. Steve was great at first. Helped me learn a few things. However it took over 4 months from job start to job finish of what we asked to do. We were very unserstanding of what was going on. Our problem happened when he wrote our final reciept where instead of subtracting $20 from unused purchased items he added it creating an overpayment of $40. My girlfriend wrote him a check for the incorrect amount. When i got home ans saw the mistake we immediately contacted him with the issue. He told us next time he was in town would bring money by. It has been over a month and twice now said he would bring it by and hasn't. When my girlfriend mentioned taking him to court over the matter Steve responded with an excuse of how he should have charged more, he found the reciept for paid items, and to get in line if we wanted to take him to court. I can not recommend someone that makes an honest mistake then keeps the overpayment ad it is theft. I warn people just because someone seems legit at first doesnt mean there is alterior motives after a bit.

Steve was able to come by on short notice and fixed the problem I was having and even did a little extra work to fix a leaky shower head for no extra charge. I will call him again if I need handyman work done!

Ask questions & try to be as detailed as possible with the person.
