This is the best moving experience I've had. Mun Li and his fellow mover were on time (more timely than I was!), worked quickly, and provided impeccable service. I have literally never been so impressed. I hired them to move my stuff from a moving truck to my storage unit, and not only did they work SO quickly, but they organized my storage unit to put like items/rooms together. And created paths so I can access everything! They did such a good job, and at an incredibly reasonable price. I would use their services again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to everyone I know in the area.

Very fast and professional work. Wrapped delicate items such as TVs and quickly managed to load a uhaul truck saving as much space as possible. We only had to make 1 trip for a 3 bed room townhouse.

Best movers we have ever had! Awesome men with a solid work ethic. Everything was wrapped, neatly packed and they did a great job working with the space in the truck we rented. They suggested we rent with Penske as it’s unlimited miles for a one way drop off. We were grateful to cancel our U-Haul reservation as the Penske truck was very nice and easy to maneuver. They also helped with figuring out how to collapse many things my mom and I could not figure out. Highly recommend them to anyone! The value and quality of their work exceeded our expectations. Thanks again for all of your help! We made it safe to Eugene and everything was easy to unload! We will contact you again when I am finished with school! :)

Just moved here from California and it’s hard to trust people. They were so sweet and genuine, I bought a couch off market place and they were quick and safe to load and unload - when we got to the apartment there was No service so the payment to them wouldn’t go through. They were so patient in trying to help and they made my stressful situation fun! Definitely sweet people I highly recommend them! I will use them again when I decide to buy a dining table!

Mun and Salem were awesome ! .They handled everything with care. Very patient to wait for us to get into the storage unit. We appreciate they moved things in storage unit to accommodate the new items . We were so thankful that this was all accomplished before it down poured with rain and snow! We could not have done this without help and were so thankful the scheduling worked out too! Blessings to you both.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$100 hour Minimum of 2 hours (2movers, dolly, furniture dolly, carts, stretch wrap) NOT INCLUDED BOX TRUCK. Extra fee for object that weight 300 lbs or more. For example: pool table, piano, hot tube and safe.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After initial contact, answer every questions and ask everything we need to know to make sure transition goes smoothly such thing as how big of move is it, does customer already have box truck lined up or us to provide one. WRITE EVERYTHING SO WE HAVE RECORD OF WHAT AGREED ON. Message customer day before to confirm and hour before we arrive to let customer know eta.
