Hi All,This team did a new roof for us a week ago SW WA (ours was 27 yo). We highly recommend them!They have a ton of experience, a big crew and they're lightning quick (cause they have the right equipment and labor). They over- built the roof in the critical areas like trim and skylights and caught a bunch of mold on the inside of our chipboard roofing (make sure roof vents are clear people) They had new plywood in same day no worries and all very reasonable (my friends have told me who just got new roofs, etc)Makes the case for not shooting in too deep of insulation too FYI (blocks vents)Labor may be a bigger issue before long too, get these guys lined up while they still feel like running- they're great family men too ( I hung out with them a bit and watched them run)!Thanks again guys!

OR Advanced Roofing LLC is very professional and attentive company to work with. This was my first time replacing my roof and Francisco took all the time I needed to answer questions and go over the entire process. The Team did a great job on my roof and communicated all the important details in making sure expectations were met.Replacing a roof is no small investment no matter who you contract with, but OR Advanced works with a company called Wisetack (US Bank affiliated) to allow for affordable monthly payments. This was a game-changer as paying a large sum hits the pocket book hard, but I chose the quickest option of a 6 month finance plan which resulted in minimal interest paid.I will reiterate that Francisco and his Team are good to work with and I recommend them for your roofing project. They use quality material, know their craft extremely well, and follow through on what they say. My new roof looks awesome and solid.
