- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes we do at least 10 hrs of continuing education every year, and we try to go to at least 1 conference every year. We are attending The Wedding MBA in Las Vegas this year and we attend Love Mexico destination wedding planning conference every year since 2010.We also go to monthly networking meetings with Wedding Network USA to keep up on local wedding professionals and new trends.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Destination weddings here in Oregon, Washington, NJ, Hawaii, Mexico. We love beach weddings, but we have done weddings everywhere from Mt Hood, the Columbia Gorge to the Oregon Coast. We also plan special events like anniversary, birthday, sweet 16, and retirement parties, showers, bar and bat mitz-vahs
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We did 3 amazing same sex weddings last season one at Westend Theater, one at The Little Church and one in the Columbia River Gorge. We had an intimate boho chic wedding at the Little Church for a very charming couple and their 90 guests. We just finished a destination wedding for a fabulous Tennessee couple and their 120 guests at a vineyard in Gaston Oregon. We did a destination wedding to Mexico for a wonderful couple and their 20 guests. We are proud of every wedding we do!
