- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our pricing simple and easy. Most of our services are charged by square foot and some are by lineal foot. We can often take measurements by satellite image and give you an estimate without first visiting your home. This allows us to give faster responses for answers about pricing. We also offer free and discounted services to elderly and disabled citizens who may have slick and unsafe surfaces that need cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to respond to all customers within 4 - 8 hours. At the customer's request, we can either take measurements from satellite images, or come to their home and take physical measurements. If the customer is not home while the work is performed, then we can accept payment by mail.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Power washing is something that I have always enjoyed doing. For many years, I've helped my family business with prepping, washing, and painting homes.
