- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is a family trade, my father has been doing this since before I was born. I am continuing on in this fashion, trying to bring my own unique flavor.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Our most common projects thus far have been furniture projects. Out of mahogany we have crafted some beautiful outdoor furniture! From Adirondack chairs and small end tables, to coffee tables and benches (all pictured). We have been focusing on constructing our reclaimed wood into mainly tables, desks, and the like. We have pictured a beautiful pub-style table and decorative living room desk. We also have pictured some of the already constructed slabs, ready to be built into tables, desks, anything.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Communication is key. Find a provider that can fully understand what you want, and who is willing and able to follow through with satisfying those desires. Find someone that will stand behind their work unconditionally. Find someone that values details over dollars.
