Lathan and S&S were a lifesaver. We were short on time with a deadline to get our bathroom floor done and they responded to our inquiry right away, came out the very next morning at the time they said they would, scheduled a time to do the flooring, and knocked it out in one day without disturbing our tenants' schedules. Their estimate was very easy to understand, they answered our questions satisfactorily even after-hours, and they came through and delivered exactly what they promised. Best of all, they chose the materials for us, just giving us the options of colors, so we did not have to order anything ourselves, they ordered and brought all materials themselves including a new toilet, and took all the old materials and toilet away and left a beautiful, clean new floor and toilet for us when they finished. What a relief it was for us, as we are up to our eyeballs in home repair needs. Under Lathan's expert management and communication skills they did an excellent job and we are going to have them our again for our next big project!
