- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is fair and transparent. Most jobs are quoted upfront based on the scope of work, so there are no surprises. Small jobs have a minimum service fee, and larger projects are priced individually. I keep my prices competitive because I work independently without company overhead. Discounts may be available for multiple tasks completed in one visit.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few questions to understand the job and may request photos for a more accurate estimate. Then I provide a clear price and schedule a convenient time. On the day of the job, I arrive on time with all necessary tools, complete the work efficiently, and clean up after myself. I make sure everything is done properly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on experience in home improvement, repairs, and installations. I’ve worked with various tools and materials, including drywall, wood, and basic electrical and plumbing systems. I also have a technical background, which helps me approach each job carefully and find practical solutions.
