- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is primarily based on how much space your items take up in the truck and the approximate weight of the items. This includes all labor, transport, and disposal fees—so there are no hidden surprises. I offer discounts for curbside pickups (where the items are already outside). I’m always happy to provide a free, no-obligation estimate!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with a clear, upfront estimate. Once we agree on the price, we schedule a time that works for you. I’ll give you a call 20–30 minutes before arrival. When we get there, you just point to what needs to go, and we do all the heavy lifting. Before we leave, we always sweep up the area so your space is ready for use immediately.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of hands-on experience in logistics and heavy lifting, I stay updated on local disposal regulations and hazardous waste protocols. I am trained in proper lifting techniques to ensure safety on the job site and have a deep knowledge of local recycling centers and donation partners to ensure items are handled correctly
