As a fun gift to my family I scheduled a New Orleans style cooking Class with Bonnie . The dish we made was Gumbo Ya Ya.Bonnie brought the dish pre-made and while it was heating she walked us thru every step to make it. In addition to the Gumbo she made another New Orleans treat " muffaletas" We all had an awesome time, the food was great and we all really enjoyed Bonnie.
Freedom's yoga classes at Studio Modern Yoga are quite refreshing and always a nice dose of fun. The approach is delightfully unique and catered to the needs of those in attendance. If you have a physical injury, she'll make sure to check in with you before sending you into a potentially painful pose. She's always been early and patiently waiting for attendees. Even having only occasionally done yoga for the past few years, she's got me doing inversions like I'm a regular practitioner. Freedom radiates a caring and loving energy, and is a pure delight to be around. Best vinyasa yoga teacher I've ever had!
The event was a plant based cooking class with 10 people preparing a Mexican dinner. Everyone took on at least 2 different dishes and we shared the meal at the end. It was a good group that interacted well with each other and we had a lot of fun. Emily cruised through the different stations answering questions and helping people with their dishes. She spoke with confidence and authority on nutritional facts and food preparation while keeping it light hearted and enjoyable.I would not hesitate a moment to take another one of her classes.
Heather is the CEO of our food dept. She continues week to week to deliver quality healthy meals to our family. Her cooking has expanded our boys palate's and has been able to relieve stress and time on putting a healthy cooked meal's on the table. Heather has been able to come up with weekly menu's that involve food sensitivities and allergies. Heather has also helped us plan and cook for entertainment purposes for any occasion! She is a steady constant in our household that is fun to be around and has an amazing passion for her cooking.
I have had one cooking lesson with Nathan and it was a blast! He is teaching me the fundementals of cooking by breaking the classes down into different types of proteins. He is completely open minded about how the class will be organized and what he will teach you. The learning curve is steep when you are learning techniques in your kitchen, with all your own cooking tools.
Marc Frech of Spark is not only an experienced and talented chef he has the gift for teaching. Our group enjoyed his company and conversation just as much as the cooking instruction and joy of eating it together. The 3 course dinner had some very sophisticated flavors and texture but not too complicated. Real food, real fresh, and after this class even I could make it and so will. I highly recommend Marc. It was a very enjoyable evening.
Neil is a very knowledgeable chef that takes professionalism seriously while having a fun time teaching cooking techniques. I learned a variety of things during our session which ranged from proper techniques, kitchen science as well as helpful hints. Neil is punctual, responsive and great to work with.
Jane is an exceptional chef, and was able to prepare me very specialized meals for a healing diet I was on. I felt my stress melt away each time she came to cook, and the meals were delicious! The variety of dishes she made was wonderful - so many things I never would have thought to prepare myself. Thanks Jane!
Food cooked to a perfection. Taste and quality are rated the highest. I had fresh rhubarb pie that makes your mouth wTer just looking at it. Then you taste it and you exclaim that it is the best you've ever tasted. Five stRs from me!!
The dinner was cooked to perfection, best Turkey and gravy ever. We had a greek chef at the table who can be very critical and he to was pleased. Looking forward to more of Gregs cooking.

Gabriel led an enjoyable and informative cooking class with a focus on zero food waste for our company activity. We learned how to break down and roast whole chickens and make mushroom risotto. There were a total of about 35 of us and my colleagues are still talking about what a great time they had. I highly recommend Gabriel to anyone looking for an engaging and fun culinary adventure.
