FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we go over the scope of work to make sure we are on the same page about what is getting painted. Then come product choices and sheen levels of paint. Then we start test patching colors, usually several rounds of colors are put up until the right colors are picked.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started my business while in college. I quickly realized I was really good at working with homeowners. This was realized by the amount of refferrals I was getting from previous jobs. So I left college and became a full time painter.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was free labor in highschool for my Dad, that is where I learned the trade. I got started mainly working with homeowners because I found many contractors did not have the patients or customers service skills to work with homeowners. They were used to new construction homes and large construction companies with low quality standards. I started out working with homeowners, so I know the level of detail that is expected.
