Introduction: BEHAVIOR DOG TRAINING IS FOR ALL DOGS and PUPPIES AND WE OFFER REHAB FOR DOGS THAT HAVE ISSUES Learn How Easy It Is To Have A Well Behaved Dog. All It Requires Is That You Need To Be: * Calm * Confident * Consistent * Patient It Is Stupid Simple! We solve ALL your dog's behavioral problems. As a Master Behavior Dog Trainer, my mission is to educate people and get them to really understand everything from a dog’s point of view. My methods of training which I like to refer to as Teaching and Communicating are based on the Animal Thought Process. I teach and communicate to dogs the way a Mama would do with her pups. There are no commands – there is no verbal speech. You do not see a Mama look at one pup and go “woof woof woof” look at the next pup and go “ woof woof woof” That’s just not reality. Dogs communicate through emotions and body language, and that is how we communicate with them. Just like working with horses the direction is minimal. You give your dog direction - You Do Not use force. Force creates resistance by the dog. You would never use force with a horse so why would you use force with a dog? It is the handler’s calm and confident state of mind that enforces the direction.

If you are like me, I want to know if Bridget Gallagher is good without a lot of words. In short, my wife and I highly recommend Bridget for any issues you may be having. Even if you are not having issues, it was well worth the time to be taught how to handle your dog and to know what works with them. We had Sully doing more after 4 hours than 6 weeks of obedience classes.` Now for those who would like more info. Here is the longer story: We adopted Sully from a breeder in Maryland. We met Sully and his brothers and sisters at the breeder and fell in love. Sully was a very calm 5 ½ month old puppy that played well with his family and enjoyed our touch. His personality fit in perfectly. Sully came home with us and was an angel in the car. We introduced him to others and took him out to stores with no issues except he was shy. After a couple of weeks, he started barking and growing at anyone who came into the house and out in public. Our son, who is attending college, came home for a week and Sully would bark and growl at him every time he saw him. He never really warmed up to our son. This behavior seemed to be getting worse (nipping started) and we wanted to find someone who could help us. We were told he would be okay after going to obedience training which we were doing. The class taught us to give him treats. That never really did work. He would do the commands but it never helped with the barking and growling. I felt he had either a fear of people, lacked confidence or we were not doing something right. I owed several dogs and never had a problem. I reached out to a lot of trainers and dog behaviorists who said that they could help but I had seen mixed reviews with all of them. Some were using a prong collar and tough love. I just did not get a good feeling. I called my vet for a reference (who never got back to me) and others to no avail. I did some other searches and finally found Bridget. We saw her testimonials on line, talked with her on the phone and found other reviews not associated with her web site. My wife and I finally made a decision and had Bridget come to our house. When she arrived, Sully growled and barked at her when she met him outside. The next 4 hours were simple AMAZING. She explained to us what we had to do and how to do it. It was just SO simple. Bridget has a wealth of knowledge and experience with dogs and how and why they behave as they do. She is so committed to helping and educating you so you are able to work with your dog’s behavior problem. She even went with us to 2 pet stores to see strangers so she could show us how to stop the barking and growing and how to introduce him to strangers. By the end of the 4 hours, we had Sully: • Being introduced to strangers with VERY little barking and almost no growling • Staying in place with NO words – just hand motions and body language • Sat at the door and staying there without rushing outside – waited to be told to go out • No jumping or counter surfing Understanding how the dog thought was fantastic and so very cool. Just amazing what she taught us and what she could have us do that worked right away. The next day my wife and I took him separately on walks that met strangers and our training worked. He barked a little but we stepped in to stop the barking before the growling started. He calmed down and was able to greet the stranger with no issues.

Working with Bridget has been an amazing learning experience for myself (as a dog owner & handler) and my dogs. She was able to identify and teach me how to help them be calmer and more integrated as a pack. She also pointed out subtle differences in the dog's behavior that could lead to bigger problems in the future, helping me to address issues quicker and more effectively. Bridget made it possible for me to work with additional dogs in my house as well as become a more confident dog handler for other dogs. She has the experience and knowledge to help you help your dog(s) become one of the family. I do highly recommend Bridget based on my experience working directly with her for any dog behavior issue. I have seen the positive results from her consultation, training and knowledge.

Bridget’s work with our dogs exceeded our expectations. She’s a real expert when dealing with behavior issues in dogs. She’s always thinking outside the box, in order to customize a plan for each dog she works with. She teaches and explains so it all makes sense. We love her and we love and respect her passion for the work she does.

It is amazing to see Bridget in action working with the dogs and getting them to respond and behave quickly and without force! She provides individualized tips and exercises that works most effectively for the dog and being hands-on to show the finer details so we can do the exercises on our own. We've learned so much from her to help our dogs and the many foster dogs. Thank you, Bridget!

Working with Bridget has been a wonderful experience! She explains dog behaviors as well as their actions and reactions to experiences and stimuli in a way that makes SO much sense. Her abundant and extensive knowledge of dogs and their actions and behaviors is amazing! Working with her and using her techniques has helped my household tremendously. Our dog is far more relaxed than before we worked with Bridget. He actually "hangs out" with the family now instead of isolating himself all the time. He has become very calm when walking on a leash and is trying very hard not to jump on guests. Our work with Bridget is still in process and I believe with continued efforts and training we will end up being able to truly enjoy this great dog!
