- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the word of the customer. We do offer discounts on multiple jobs at the same time, as well as hiring us back to do additional work. Our prices are on the details of what the customer explains and could change depending on what their needs are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is, 1. We contact the customer after they respond to our bid 2. We call the customer and go over in detail what they need done 3. We schedule the customer to a date and time 4. We are in contact with the customer every step of the way 5. We call 30 minutes prior to arriving
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction, assembly, installation, remodeling, electrical, plumbing field for 25 years. Have had training in many fields and certificates in heavy equipment operating, outdoor drainage, low voltage wiring as well as on the job training of installation of appliances and assembly of outdoor furniture and equipment.
