Terminix was incredibly prompt and punctual, offering to assess our situation the next business day and being responsive to questions in the meantime. Then, they had someone come out just a day later to take care of the main issue as well as a completely separate spider issue in my basement. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and respectful of our home. We look forward to continuing to work with Terminix

Our family was in a panic after learning that recent house guests had bedbugs. Barry and his colleague responded immediately and claimed to find evidence of bedbug activity. Although I couldn’t see what they pointed out, I trusted their judgment—especially since both technicians confidently confirmed the presence of bedbugs. They offered a discounted treatment at $2,300 (down from $2,600), which seemed reassuring at the time. However, after speaking with others who were skeptical, I asked to delay the treatment. Barry responded with a very persuasive sales pitch, but I held off. Shortly after, our family friend clarified that they were actually dealing with carpet beetles—not bedbugs. Two other pest control companies later confirmed there were no signs of bedbugs in our home. This experience felt like a well-orchestrated scam that preyed on our vulnerability during a stressful moment. It was deeply disappointing and unsettling.
