Called on a Friday afternoon for a dryer repair, was immediately scheduled for Monday! They sent me a pic of my repairman the night before with my window timeframe. The morning of, they told me he was on his way, he was here within 1/2 hr. Jairo, the repairman, was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. He told and showed me everything he was doing. Will definitely use Mr. Appliance again!

From our conversation, I gathered that if I hired them to clean my dryer venting and if it is over 8’ they couldn’t do it. Which I understand. However I also understood that I would still be responsible for paying $140 that was the charge of completing the job.
So even if they came out and couldn’t do the job, I had to pay the fee for a completed job. Usually there is what’s called a service fee if job can’t be done. I’ve never heard of a company that just goes a head and charges the full fee with no work being done.
I chose not to use them.
