We had to reschedule the first appointment due to some techs being out sick, but quickly and easily made another appointment. The communication was great because they alerted me before he was to arrive, sent me a bio and photo of the technician which allowed me to get to know him a little bit better and was less impersonal as is the case with most other contractors. Patrick was very friendly professional and respectful. Without even my asking he put on shoe covers which I really appreciate. Also, unlike some other contractors, when he needed to leave to go to his van outside, he didn't just wear the shoe covers all the way to the van and then walk back in the house with dirty shoe covers. He took the shoe covers off then went to the van then put them back on just before entering the door. These small touches I really appreciate and denotes a company that cares about its customers and their property. We had a new AprilAire whole house humidifier installed to replace the old one. Patrick work quickly and efficiently and did a very neat job. He took out all the old materials and left the work area spotless. I would have no hesitation either recommending this company and Patrick for other such jobs and they will be my first call should I need HVAC work in the future. A+ highly recommended."See more

Fernando was amazing! This old house threw every problem at him and he never gave up. A simple faucet repair job and replacing the toilet "guts" turned into a battle with the 82 year old plumbing. Out with the old, in with the new. Joe was very knowledgeable about our plumbing system, we have a water softener that sprung a leak near the filter and he was able to replace the old filter and pipe at a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. I’m glad he helped us out, it was a huge load off my conscious. He was also able to educate me on how to maintain this filter and I greatly appreciate his knowledge and expertise. 5 stars should be 7 stars

Had Richard come out to replace a toilet vanity and utility sink. I especially like him because this is an older house and once he unhooked everything there were a few minor issues. He had me come over to look at the problems and explained to me what it was. I asked him if he could fix it while he was here so he went out to home depot to get the materials. I will be using him for my plumbing needs and recommend him.
