- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size of the space, how cluttered it is and how many hours we need. I always give a clear estimate before we start and there are no hidden fees. For larger projects or recurring visits I offer package pricing so you can save money and get better results over time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I ask for a few photos or a short video of the space and what your goals are. Then I create a simple plan and estimate. On the day of the session I arrive on time, we walk through the area together, and I start decluttering, organizing and styling. Throughout the process I check in with you so everything fits your lifestyle. At the end I give you easy tips to maintain your new space
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience organizing, cleaning and decorating apartments and homes. I’m very detail-oriented and I love combining function with a clean, modern style. I’m constantly learning about new organizing systems, products and strategies so I can bring fresh, practical ideas to every Shine Order project.
